What a terrific guy! Kenny Z arrived promptly and got right to work. He had no issues working around our kids and 2 highly energetic dogs. What I really appreciated was his positive demeanor, level of expertise and level of professionalism. Could not be happier!!
I called Kenny Z's to see if he could come out on a Saturday as two of my door locks would not allow the key to turn. I thought he would tell me that I needed to replace the locks. He arrived at the exact time he said he would and after checking the locks he told me they did not need replacing that they were just a little worn from time and weather and that he would fix them. He did an excellent job and his rates are beyond reasonable. He has a very professional but friendly manner and I am so very pleased with his workmanship. I found Kenny Z's on Angie's List and he already had several excellent review out there. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of an excellent locksmith.

A five star rating doesnt give enough credit to these guys. These technicians are very smart and helpful. Our locksmith didn't stop working and didn't give up until we got a new key for our car and got it working. He met us where our car was and was fun and helpful the entire time. Once we found out the car battery died he even gave us a jump for free to get us on our way. Best service we have ever had, I would highly recommend over anyone in the tri cities! Prices are very reasonable and we couldn't ask for better
